Competitions

Participation is open to all architects, designers, and enthusiasts.
Visit the competitions section of our website, select a contest, and follow the registration process.
We offer free entry to everyone for our competitions, but after a certain period, participants must pay the registration fee according to the competition’s timeline to confirm their registration.
It is not allowed to submit projects that result as a mere product of algorithms or artificial intelligences. However They can be used as tools of inspiration, but the submitted
proposal must correspond to a tangible design exercise (plans, sections, elevations, axonometries).
Yes, students are welcome to join all competitions.

 

Yes, we use Instagram platform to showcase the outstanding participants’ Submissions. we are currently in discussions with several international media representatives in the industry.
Participants can submit one project per competition, either during the free registration period or during the paid registration period. Additional projects can be submitted by paying an additional fee, as determined by the competition’s calendar.

The accepted file format is strictly limited to PDF with a maximum combined file size of 20 megabytes. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact us directly, and our support team will help you.

Design criteria vary per competition and are provided in the competition briefs available for download.
Yes, teams can participate, but be sure to list all team members during registration.
Winners are chosen by a panel of experienced architects and designers. They evaluate submissions based on criteria that aligns with the competition’s theme, ensuring a fair assessment for all entries.

Projects should be original, functional, and relevant to current architectural trends (e.g., innovative materials, sustainability).
Submissions are reviewed for quality, innovation, and impact. Not every project gets published.

No, it’s completely free.
The editorial team will arrange the materials to best showcase the project.
You retain full credit and ownership but grant IDOARCH the right to publish your project.
