Featured Project Showcase

Rostock Future Living and Working

Awarded third prize in a student competition at Hochschule Wismar, this project is conceived as a sustainable neighbourhood that brings diverse functions together in a cohesive and harmonious manner. It combines a variety of residential units with service areas, a supermarket, workspaces (including co-working and office spaces), workshops for leisure activities, and well-designed outdoor areas. These elements are intended to encourage social interaction and foster a balanced, self-sustaining community.

Featured Project Showcase

Generous roof terraces and courtyards integrate multiple functions and create strong spatial connections to the outdoors, even within the dense built environment. The flexible housing units are designed to accommodate different age groups, lifestyles, and income levels. The project responds to contemporary urban challenges such as working from home, alternative mobility concepts (car sharing, e-mobility), local food production, and closed-loop production cycles.
