an Argentine architect and the founder of Estudio Carucci, an architecture and design studio based in Buenos Aires. Having grown up between carpentry workshops and architectural drawings, design has always been a constant presence in his life. His work focuses on transforming urban “non-places” into spaces of permanence, atmosphere, and everyday use. Through a balance of conceptual simplicity and technical precision, he approaches each project as an opportunity to create meaningful spatial experiences rooted in context, materiality, and time.

Blanca Studio
Blanca Studio is a meticulously designed 60 m² coffee space that combines refined materiality with thoughtful spatial organization to elevate the experience of specialty coffee. Located in Buenos Aires, this third iteration of Blanca Café focuses on creating a welcoming and introspective environment, where patrons can enjoy their drink within a carefully calibrated atmosphere. The design uses noble materials such as travertine marble and peteribí wood, paired with warm tones to establish a palette that is both elegant and inviting.

Featured Project Showcase
The interior layout capitalizes on generous ceiling heights to define distinct zones: a central bar that encourages interaction with the barista and a dedicated tasting laboratory that supports curated sensory experiences and events. Every aspect of the space has been considered to balance comfort, aesthetics, and functionality, allowing for an effortless flow between areas.
Blanca Studio not only enhances the café experience but also reflects a thoughtful architectural response to scale, materiality and program, making it a compelling example of contemporary café design in an urban context.
